Today TLM took me out for a short run of just under 2 miles. He kept mumbling something about Intervals and that I probably wouldn't make it through the speed or distance. I guess that's fair, but doesn't he know that a dog's gotta sniff, mark and pee on every mail box along the way? Sheesh.
TLM is training for a couple of marathons, not sure what that means, all I know is he better take me or I will howl my head off.
