Well, I'm back at the keyboard, tapping away with my paws and giving my two-legged running man a guilt trip when he decides to "bag" the run.
The weather has been warmer and more humid, so I've been putting my miles in in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, there are other dogs out in the neighborhood who think they own the streets. I'm getting better at ignoring them and focusing on my pacing strategy.
